East Wing Gledhow House Gledhow Lane Gledhow Leeds
Description:
T1 Yew (in the G5 area which has 4 yew trees) - Fell as it is leaning significantly towards the house due to overcrowding and is causing damage to the roof of a single storey extension. The tree has the potential for failure, and also causing further damage to the property. Please see Arboricultural report attached. On the advice from the attached Arboricultural report, we do not propose re-planting in the same position, due to the over-crowding and position of the other trees. We'd be happy to plant another tree within the grounds as required.
