NAMELY, Repositioning of the rear chimney, Slight reduction in the size of the rear basement lightwell and the line of the central recess on the rear elevation moved outwards, maintaining a slight step. Changes to the internal layout. Slight enlargement to the central courtyard and the addition of glazing (walk on roof light) to courtyard at second floor level. Fenestration changes: Slight repositioning of the dining room window at ground floor level on western elevation Replacement of the large study (now living room window) with two small windows in new positions at ground floor level on western elevation. Replacement of large master dressing room window with two separate windows, one serving the hallway lightwell and the other serving a bathroom (the latter to be obscured) at first floor level on eastern elevation.
