Description:
Hawthorn on front boundary of property - tree inspected by David Wood, Tree Surgeon who identified that the limb overhanging the pavement was particularly affected by disease, causing wood to rot and he considered dangerous. I spoke to Council (Carly) and she gave permission to remove the dangerous limb, so that the extent of the damage to the remainder of the tree could be properly assessed. TS concluded that disease had spread to core of tree, and tree should be felled. Proposed to replace tree with similar sized tree e.g. Rowan, hawthorn. HAR/CA 34.

Address:
3 Ogden Road Bramhall Stockpor
Description:
Pine tree (T1) adjacent to drive and approximately 4 metres from the road boundary of property - to fell due to low amenity value and excessive height and danger of further branches breaking off in bad weather. Roots are coming through existing tarmacadam drive which needs to be resurfaced. Ornamental Cherry tree (T2) adjacent to drive approximately 6 metres from the road boundary - to fell due to lack of amenity value. Grows awkwardly due to proximity to pine tree (T1). Several dead branches have been removed in the past. We propose that T1 and T2 are replaced by a smaller indigenous species close to current location of pine where root problems will not affect drive. Apple tree (T3) on boundary with no 5 Ogden Road in front garden approximately 8 metres from the road boundary - to fell due to low amenity value and too close to holly tree which will hopefully grow to full potential.
