T1. Sweet chestnut Middle The mature sweet chestnut near the garages has shed another low lateral branch. The branch had internal cracks from an earlier overload that subsequently fractured. I suggest the broken stub is cleaned off, the tree over the lawn area left but the heavy lateral branches over parking, driveway and path are thinned sympathetically to reduce loading without provoking regrowth, continuing the theme we started last time a branch fell on the lawn T2. Beech Rhs A lovely cut leaf beech on a 'tump', a couple of branches near the garage are reverting to 'normal' foliage and best practice is to cut these out T3. Rowan Lhs drive Reduce from building by 1-1.5m, it is getting close to the gutter T4. Holly Lhs entrance. Remove the dead part of one of the leaders, this tree looks better than it did last time I saw it T5. Sycamore Front lhc Remove the low branches overhanging the road/path to lift to 5m and clear the street lights' light throw T6. Beech Front lhs path side Ownership unsure, no obvious defects, one of the leaders has an unusual point of attachment in the main fork T7. Ash Rear lhs path side SMBC sound to have taken responsibility for this tree, there has been some recent work undertaken - HAR/CA26 , TPO#: T1 - 113W , TPO#: T3 - 113W , TPO#: T4 - 113W

T1, Sweet chestnut in car park. The tree dropped a branch in July, no decay was apparent. The large lateral branch extending towards the garages was seen to be a semi included union with adaptive growth below it, a reduction of this limb to reduce the weight on this union would be prudent and should reduce the risk of this limb failing in the short to medium term. Reduce the limb by thinning the sub lateral branches by no more than 25%, reducing the length and tip loading whilst retaining the trees appearance. HAR/CA26 TPO 113 W
