HouseMetric is a hobby, created over the last few years in my free time. I wanted to see data and analysis not present on any free website so I made one myself. It is all publicly available data mashed together and put in one place. It started off slowly and then AI came along and has sped things up, so you can expect more useful things over the coming months. I will keep all the core stuff free forever but in a month or two I'll be adding some features that use a lot of computer sweat and for these I will need to charge to recoup server costs.
