Sold prices with added £ per sqm
I've combined Land Registry sold price paid data with internal area data to give a price per area (£ per square metre or £ per square foot) for all properties in England and Wales.
Search tips:
- "SE22 0JT"
- Search with a full or partial postcode.

- ...or try a street name, and select the right one from the drop down list.
I've also created a house price heat map to help explore areas. Zoom in all the way to see freehold boundaries of individual properties, and zoom back out to see areas coloured according to their average current value. Open the Price Map

HouseMetric is a hobby, created over the last few years. I wanted to see data and analysis not present on any free website so I made one myself. It is all publicly available data mashed together and put in one place. It started off slowly and then AI came along and has sped things up, so you can expect more useful things over the coming months. I keep all the core stuff free, but I charge for the features that use a lot of computer sweat to recoup server costs.
