Description:: We have a large Oak Tree that is within 4 meters of our Thatched Cottage, it is not in a good healthy state, its proximity to the cottage, excessive shading and dangerous falling of debris is causing distress and stress to my wife and I. it does not produce acorns and dispenses mess and branches that fall dangerously close to our grandchildren, it encourages vermin which leave also debris and excrement that is a health hazard for all my family. The tree also stops the sun on our Thatched Roof that is destroying our Thatch as it doesn't get dry, we wish to replace this tree with mature more manageable trees. The tree is not covered by a TPO and we think a mature ash or silver birch is appropriate.
