Silver Birch - Back garden. See sketch plan labelled T2. Initial application in Feb 2022 was for a crown reduction. However, after 2 tree surgeons have inspected to give me quotes they both recommended removing the tree. They felt the tree had come to the end of it's life span and were concerned regarding the rot, disease and one of the heavy area of branches overhanging my neighbours garden office. I'm concerned regarding it's structural integrity and the damage it would cause if any of the larger branches fell. I would therefore like the tree removing completely. I would like to plant a tree in it's place that will not grow as tall. HAR/CA21.
