Type:
Tree and hedge works
Status:
Status not known
Address:
36 Shaw Road Heaton Moor Stockpor
Description:
The tree we are seeking to remove is a mature diseased Ash tree, indicated on drawing no 0112_20_200 as 'T1'. We are seekingto remove this tree due to its poor state of health and the risks it poses to the occupants, neighbours and their properties. This has been advised by an Arborist. Although we are aware that removal of trees is not considered to be favourable, the tree is exhibiting signs of decay and falling branches are a hazard when the family is using the garden; furthermore there is concern that the tree has become weakened and may fall on the property, or surrounding properties during high winds. The tree, in its poor state of health, may be considered to be a blight on the existing natural landscape of the Conservation Area. CONS: HAR/CA15
