- Description:
- There are two ash trees on my property between my house and the road - Lammas Lane. The trees overhang at least 50% of the highway. An arborist working in my neighbour's garden advised me that both trees have 50% ash dieback, and should be felled as a matter or urgency. We have noticed over several years that large twigs and branches have blown down from the tree, especially during high winds and winter storms. We are constantly clearing tree debris from our garden/ drive, but also from the public footpath and road. We are very worried that these could cause injury to our grandchildren who play in our garden, or pedestrians/ drivers passing by, or also cause significant damage to our property or cars. We would like to fell these trees for safety reasons.
