The registered office is 6 Carla Beck House; the applicant at 7 Carla Beck House is a director of Carla Beck House Management Ltd. Carla Beck House has a variety of trees, some of which are covered by TPO. The two Copper Beech trees in this application are part of a group of trees (A3), are mature c 70 yrs and are in close proximity to Carla Beck House and garages.On Thursday 20th July we asked for an inspection of these trees by Tree Specialist (T J Binns, Laneshawbridge, Colne). Mr Binns visited site on 24th July to view and make any recommendations. Advice given was that the two trees in this application are suffering from various root rot and should be felled and removed completely before the windy season this coming winter.Tree 1 is suffering from PHYTOPHTHORA and Tree 2 suffering USTULINA .Following removal, two suitable replacement trees are to be replanted, type to the agreement of NYC planning services.
