Replace sole plate and either replace bottom section of existing studs & 1no. diagonal brace under window or replace entirely. Reinstate a lime render either as a pre-blended mix: Lime Green Solo (or similar) or traditional 3-coat system before applying limewash. Internally, remove existing lining up to underside of window to facilitate frame repairs and connect right-hand corner to chimney cheek wall incorporating resin anchors, before re-plastering in lime.
