- Removal of Oak tree due to excessive growth located too close to adjacent properties. The tree trunk is only 2.2 metres away from the side of the property of 3 Cottage Green and poses a threat to the foundations, whilst a garden retaining wall only 1.1m away from the tree is showing signs of "bowing" due to such close proximity. The tree is only 1.9m away from the property of 1 Church Lane and is already causing a danger to the public with the footpath "heaving" causing an uneven surface. The tree branches extend within approx. 1m of both houses adjacent to it.
