It has been allowed to grow to such proportions that I am now very concerned about this tree potentially falling on top of my house and causing significant damage or injury to my family.On top of this, due to the size of the tree it is now blocking the light in my kitchen for a significant proportion of the day so I have lost my Right to Light.I am applying to reduce the canopy by up to 2m.
