Mr Robinson at 256 Elgar Road South complains about the Leylandii Hedge at no. 258. 'It is a leylandii hedge, approx 4 metres tall and 6metres long. It is on the south side of our garden, from the end of the house / beginning of the garden, spanning about 2/3rds of the length of the fence. As it is on the south side it blocks the majoritysunlight from our garden and lawn. In the winter months our garden receives almost no sunlight at all. This not only affects our enjoyment of our garden in general but means that the lawn itself is now basically just moss.
