Description:
SWAMP CYPRESS (T1) - Felled in 2010 (Permission granted by Lewisham council) SWAMP CYPRESS (T2) - Fell because of excessive shading, inappropriate tree for its location due to its size (located in an area of dense housing), large branch fell in October 2019 during high winds, low amenity value and requirement for onerous pruning regime (Pollard 1 - 1994, Pollard 2 - 2000, Pollard 3 - 2010) Arboricultural report in 2001 stated "I do not consider the trees to be appropriate for their location owing to their potential to increase in size, the lack of amenity and their requirement for an onerous pruning regime" Lewisham council did not seek for T1 to be replaced in 2010 due to proximity issues with housing and I am seeking the same for this application.
