Tree Preservation Order no. 2 of 2000: An application for consent to fell 1(no) Scots Pine to ground level and to crown raise 1(no) Scots Pine to approx. 3.3m (10ft above roof of house).There are 2 Scots pine trees we beleive to have TPOs on them to the rear of flats 26-31 bordering Heathfield Rd. One is leaning quite majorly over the roof of the building. This is causing worry to the residents and we would like to fell to ground level. The second Scots Pine is causing excessive shading to the windows of the flats and we would like permission to raise the crown to around 10ft above the roof of the house.
