- Retrospective Application - Erection of gazebo in rear garden. The gazebo size is 2.64x3.37m and is of wooden construction consisting of 2 supporting posts on one side and fixed to garage wall on the other. It is essentially a roof over decking with no walls. Decking size is 4.62 x 2.77 x 0.20m.Height of gazebo is 2.43m to the eaves and 3.32m to the top of the roof. The position of the gazebo is flush with the rear boundary wall therefore a narrow guttering will be installed on the overhang to the rear to catch and drain rain water. A trellis will be fitted to the rear wall to close a 1 foot gap running between wall and the rear eave of the structure for decorative purposes and for better security to the garden and property.
