Requesting Pruning of the overhanging branches to the parking bay of No 1 Sycamore as shown in the attached plan (Frost Tree 1 Mcindoe.pdf). The tree has grown over the last 9 years and now is heavily weighted on one side with overhanging branches to private allocated parking bay. The tree is dropping Sap onto my car at risk of permanent damage and depreciation to the value of my vehicle over time.I would instruct a professional tree surgeon (P. Kernan Tree Surgery) approved by AVDC to carry out the works and trim branches back to a point where they no longer overhang my parking bay. I would only prune tree labelled 1. Sycamore on the attached plan.
