TPO: (number unknown) Following an email to the council they told me that there was a 'fig tree near the boundary of number 59 that is under a preservation order' so that is what I am applying for (see T1 in the sketch plan for the fig tree we wish to work on, I am unsure if this is the one with a protection order on but thought it best to apply regardless). The work we would like to carry out is a reduction of approx 30% to maintain health of the tree and keep the size manageable. Current height is approximately 6m high and will be 4m following the proposed work, the current width is approximately 3m and will be 2.5m following the proposed work.
