The trees are within Spalding Conservation Area. Horse chestnut (western most tree). Remove up to five 're-growth' branches which grow towards the guttering and roof of 69 Pinchbeck Road. Sycamore (eastern most tree). Remove regrowth from the previous lowest cut branch which grows close to the main trunk. Where the tree is severely reduced on the north side and regrown, prune back regrowth which grows horizontally over the front garden and towards the south east corner of the house at 69 Pinchbeck Road. The works will give clearance to the house, help to lessen shading of the front garden and reduce some of the sticky exudates which fall from the sycamore tree on to parked vehicles.
