Tree has had multiple limb failures and is heavily weighted toward the property, leaning over the boundary a considerable way and can be exposed to winds in certain directions. Tree has 1x hazard beam wound to a single minor limb over garden and fence. Specification of works as follows: Remove 1x hazard beam affected branch. Crown raise low hanging limbs to clear fences and shed by minimum 3m. Reduce top and southern side of tree by 1.5-2m to ease loading on tree in strong winds. Thin selected areas of tree to balance the crown once hazard beam has been removed. Remove any deadwood throughout crown and tidy any tears as a result of previously snapped branches.
