The trees have moderate/limited visibility from a public space and are moderately/significantly visible from the adjacent property (Esher rugby club). Most of the properties around Esher Rugby Club playing fields have mature Oak trees lining the shared boundary, adding to the skyline. Proposed work. T3 OAK, remove. T4 Oak, reduce selected branches by approximately 2m and crown lift to 4m from ground level (pruning tertiary branches only or as shown in supplied annotated photos). Reason. T3 OAK, over time home improvement have encroached on T3 bringing pressure to prune.
