Description:
Blue Cedar (Cedrus atlantica) and is adjacent to the boundary of 30 & 32 Birch Avenue. On enquiry it was unclear if the tree in question is covered by the TPO on Birch Avenue as the plot was developed at a later date and is thought not to be covered. We were requested to submit an application as an enquiry in order that it could be verified. Due to the height and branch spread the gardens of both 30 & 28 Birch Avenue are suffering from excessive shading and there is some concern that the branches may become too long and detach. We do not wish to remove but lop between 20 & 30 feet off the top.
