1. Sweet Chestnut, reduce to approximately 6 feet up from the main forks. Very poor overall. 2. Sweet Chestnut left hand side of the drive entrance, remove major deadwood. 3. Horse Chestnut crown thin by 15%, crown raise to 5 metres from ground level on the roadside limbs only. Limb over the drive with stress rib at the base, reduce by 30%. To thin out crown to reduce sail effect and minimise risk of structural failure. 4. Group of three Limes remove major deadwood and crown thin 15%. Good arboricultural practice. 5. Three Conifers around the courtyard fronting the property, reduce by approximately 50% and trim sides, (trimming the upper sections as hard back as possible, retaining an evergreen screen) To control size and tidy. Trees on the side boundary continuing into the lower garden. 6. Squirrel damaged Sycamore. Section fell to as close to ground level as possible. Heavy squirrel damage, limited long term potential. 7. Cherry, decay in the main stem and at the base, section fell to as close to ground level as possible. Decayed at base, limited long term potential.
