Amendment sought is the removal of Condition 8 in regard Sound Insulation. There is a possibly a misunderstanding about the proposed use. I have referred to an Acoustic Consultant and they say that they don't understand the meaning of Condition 8 either. We feel that the word Studio as applied to the bedroom and sitting room has been misunderstood as perhaps a Music or Sound Studio. We would clarify for the record that this is simply a domestic basement bedroom, sitting room, workspace studio. It would not be a sound studio or similar.
