No: 12/02607/TPC) with permission granted 5/12/2012 for the same tree and the same request is being requested as the box elder tree has grown again since the work was carried out. Specification of works: Box Elder (Acer Negundo) which is situated in the front garden of the property - crown lift to 5.5 metres, road side. ( Highways Clearance) 3.5 metres elsewhere. Reduce the height by 2 metres, leaving 6 metres in height. We would like permission to crown clean this tree and remove any damaged, rubbing or duplicate branches to decongest the crown. We would like to remove branches up to 5.5 metres over Back Street (Highways clearance) and up to 3.5 metres from the ground to the lowest branches elsewhere. We would also like to reduce the tree in height by up to 2 metres, leaving the tree approximately 6 metres in height.
