- Address:
- Clover Lees Hill South Warnborough Hook Hampshir
- Description:
- We have three over grown sycamores with TPOs (T3, T4 And T5 on site plan from arboriculture Ltd) in our garden, which are disproportion in size now for the plot and proximity to the houses; Clover, The Old School House, New Barn and Fiddlers. We have serious concerns that the trees themselves or large branches could fall and cause structural damage to our homes, as do our neighbours. (Letter attached) We are at the bottom of Lees Hill and the wind is very strong here. The tree nearest to our house is only 8 metres from our sons bedrooms. At the time when the garden was designed the trees would have been much smaller and have grown extremely tall, more appropriate for a much larger space than a small garden. We have permission to thin by 30%, however our concern is that thinning will just increase growth and not solve the problem. We would like permission to cut 20 - 30%the height of the trees. We are happy to replant some fruit trees in the garden if this would be helpful.
