On 27th November 2012 application 10/01128/C450 we applied to have a Horse Chestnut tree removed as it is diseased. The tree is leaning more towards the house now than it was then and the damage to the trunk is both deeper and longer now stretching for over half the trunk. I believe the disease is Canker. I can provide copies of the previous plans if you don't have them on file, or easily accessible. Please may someone assess the tree, for for own safety.
