Convert larger part of garage (accessible internally) to bedroom. Garage conversion for new bedroom. Change of use: garage to bedroom. Smaller part of garage will be kept for storage space. Currently front door (individual/private access) opens to a small entrance space with stairs leading upstairs to the (first floor apartment) living space whilst a door at the bottom of the stairs opens into the garage.
