Description:
This is the only tree to the front of the house within the boundary wall. It is a large conifer, adjacent to the boundary wall with my neighbour (3 Ravenoak Park Road). I wish the tree to be removed. Thi is because the roots are disrupting my front wall (having caused structural damage) and are progressing towards my house. I fear damage to the construction of my house as a result if the tree is left as it is. The trees root have also caused considerable damage to my neighbour's (no 3) driveway and are also progressing towards their house, again with a risk of structural damage to their house if the tree is left as it is at present. The tree is also causing damage to the public pavement outside the house. It also blocks light into both my house and No 3. I would not wish to plant a tree of similar size to replace it, as this would grow and it's roots would cause similar problems. I would consider replacement with a smaller tree if appropriate.
