Following concerns raised in objection letters regarding overlooking from the proposed building to the new flats on either side, amended plans have been received on the 11 September 2007 to show several alterations. The plans show the removal of the balconies on the 3rd floor north elevation and the 4th floor east elevation of the proposed building. The amended plans also show obscure glazing on some of the 4th floor east elevation windows. In response to recent objections made the agent has confirmed that the west side elevations of the proposed building on the 3rd and 4th floors are constructed of solid walling with glass facade treatment and therefore overlooking would be impossible.
