Dead Holly [8m tall, 30-35cm dbh, covered with dead ivy, at entrance to property, RHS as you enter], along RH border of property small dead Rowan [4m tall, dbh <10cm] and leaning dead Birch [4m high, covered in ivy, about 10cm dbh] they wish these three dead trees removed. Main lawn a dying Cherry [8m high, formerly 8m spread, dbh 45-50cm]; over 3/4 rotten bole; concern it will fail imminently - request permission to dismantle and fell to ground. A slightly leaning False acacia [Robinia pseudoacacia], NE corner of garden, in raised bed [has been earthed up!], overall height 10-12m, dbh 40-45cm; within canopy signs/ evidence of branch failure, major limbs showing longitudinal cracks [and reaction wood], bole of tree is split and trunk is hollow - request permission to 'safe the tree' by pollarding [dismantling to 4-6m pole].
