Address:
77 Mead End, Biggleswade,
Description:
Lawful Development Certificate Proposed:To build a conservatory off our existing kitchen. The size would be approx 4000mm wide and 3570mm deep (front to back), the height would be determined by the manufacturer but I best estimate this to be 3300mm high. Two sides that face into the garden would have a 600mm dwarf wall, with the external skin of brick matching the house (LBC Rustic Antique) and the wall that faces our neighbour would be brick (as per the other 2 walls) to a height of 1800mm with a fan light above that meeting the roof construction. The internal wall would consist of a 100mm Plasmor Fibolite block. We would fulfil the cavity with 50mm Xtratherm or equivalent. Our preference is an Edwardian style roof structure.
