4 High Park Road, Broadstone,
Description:
T1 - Catalpa - this tree has recently had two large broken branches removed (under regulation 14), due tot he excessive weight of the over extended branches. In order to try and prevent this from happening again i wish to reduce the sides of the tree over the garden by 1-2 meters to appropriate sized growth points. These works will help reduce the failure risk into the garden. T2 - Horsechestnut - The tree is showing sign of server decline through out the canopy and also signs of major decay in the main stem. removal will remove any failure risks.

Address:
4 High Park Road, Broadstone,
Description:
T1 - Poplar: Fell to ground level and replace with 2m high container grown Oak. The tree has developed into a very large specimen which overhangs Springdale Road and several utility cables. On inspection, a large split limb was noted in the canopy along with a hanging branch. Removal and replacement would be preferable to remedial works that would introduce further decay points, potentially leading to further limb loss or excessive pruning that would reduce its amenity value.
