TPO /6/2007 - T3 Scots Pine The reason for this application is for the removal of this Scots Pine tree based on branch failure.This tree is becoming extremely dangerous as large branches keep falling from the tree, which is from a great height, falling down into the garden play area and one of these branches almost hit my child whilst in the garden playing. If one of these branches were to have done so, he would have been seriously injured or possibly even killed. None of the branches appeared loose when looked at previously, but a number have come down recently, therefore, I would be applying on safety grounds to have this tree taken down to prevent possible injury.
