Planning applications
- Planning ref:
- February 2019 12/C1832/NON
- Type:
- Amendments or alterations arising from an existing or previous application
- Status:
- Application refused
- Address:
- The Pond Barn Wood End Nash Buckinghamshire
- Description:
- Non Material Amendment sought on planning permission 12/01832/APP relating to fencingThe permission states that the gate is 6 metres wide, consisting of two 3 metre 5 bar gates. On the drawings submitted to you, the gap is also shown as six metres , so all seems to work. However, now that we have started measuring, we see that the gap is seven and a half metres. We would still hang the gates from the barn to the east, as per permission and the gates will be the same size as per planning permission. But they will therefore end up one metre or so (allowing for fence posts) further from the pond than shown on the planning permission. We request that the required fence on Wood End would then come around to this new position, closing the gap but maintaining the 6 metre fence size.
