- Description:
- Classed as a New Application as amendments are not possible. This is being written as an amendment to a recent application for work to be completed on our trees that was approved (i'm not sure how to amend the original application) . After further consideration we would like to pollard the field maple next to our oil tank with a 50% reduction. We wish to pollard the tree as the branches are overhanging the oil tank a lot more than we originally thought. The tree is also in very close proximity to a flint wall which boarders our property and we wish to preserve the wall.

- Description:
- The proposed works would take place in our rear garden. We would like to 'pollard' a sycamore (tree 1 on sketch) that's next to a flint wall which boarders our property. The tree is approx 30ft. We are concerned the tree could damage the wall. When Treetop Fellas reviewed the proposed work they commented that it appears that this tree has previously been pollarded. There would be a 50% reduction. We would also like to thin shape and a 30% crown reduction to a field maple tree (tree 2 on sketch) that's located next to the sycamore. The tree is approx 25ft. We would like to do this as it's very close to our oil tank (overhanging branches) and it's also next to a flint wall which boarders our property. We are concerned the tree could damage the wall. We would also like to thin shape and cut overhanging branches of another field maple (tree 3 on sketch) in our garden. The tree is approx 30ft. The proposed work on these two trees would be small around 10-15%.
