Description:
Remove silver birch tree in the front corner of driveway ref T3 and replace it with an ornamental tree of much smaller size and in a slightly different position for the following reasons: The tree is currently the height of the house and cuts light from my house especially the kitchen spoiling my enjoyment of my property. The tree overhangs the driveway which is communal use and the lower branches scrape the top of cars driving in. The replacement tree of a more suitable size would enhance the amenity of the local area without causing the nuisance of restricting the light into my property and causing potential damage to cars driving into the communal car park. I propose to remove the tree and plant an ornamental size replacement.
