Walnut (T1 on attached plan). Removal of limb due to rotting of branch. Tree Surgeon identified this by presence of rot feeding fungus and drilled in to limb. This is a safety issue and it is not feesible to prop the branch.Ash (T2 on attached plan). Fell due to proximity to neighbouring properties, damage to fence and to next door's paving.

The proposed swing gates are not feasible due a slope on the driveway so we will need to install a sliding gate. This will have the same appearance but mean that the fence line has to be moved forward approximately 400mm from the proposed position. In addition we may need to add a small intercom and postbox to the gate post in the event that we automate the gates.
