The tree that needs removing is a Willow tree that is at the rear of my flat. I believe the tree is on common land, but is causing issues with the drains to all flats at Lumb Close. I have included 2 letters from Thomson and Moulton, which details what contractors have discovered whilst inspecting the drains and the damage caused by the root invasion. TPO:118W
