Description:
Tree A on plan - eucalyptus. Tree growing against the boundary wall. Pushing the brick work. Tree owner really concerned the tree was moving in the strong winds. Initial concern was that the tree was flexing brick work and if the wall collapsed the damaged to the shared boundary, also was the wall supporting the tree. On first inspection I noted the tree was breaching the wall and would need to come out at some point. Email to check if application needed and was advised it could be done retrospectively if tree was dangerous. Based on the wall collapsing on tree owners side and the risk to property if it failed i agreed we should remove at earliest dry/calm opportunity. Applying now in retrospect. HAR/CA10, TPO#: - 75E.
