Remove the Sycamore listed as T1 on the site plan. The Sycamore is showing multiple signs of distress. A large wound 1ft from the base of the tree is getting significantly worse after being monitered for several years with lots of random epicormic growth sprouting from the base. During the summer the foilage was minimal, I believe this tree to be dangerous if left to decline further.All work will be compliant with BS3998 standards.
