Part 1: Convert the existing attached single garage into a living space. Brick up the existing garage door area with matching brickwork and insert a window to match the existing front aspect windows. Create an internal connecting doorway between the house and the garage. Remove the existing garage flat roof and replace it with a pitched, tiled roof with a VELUX-style roof window. Conversion to comply with building control standards.
