Address:
603 Chester Road Cuddington Northwich Cheshir
Description:
8 trees within the front boundary of property highlighted. Numbers T1-T8. T1/T2/T3/T5/T6 are Oak Trees, T4 is a (Scots?) Pine T7 & T8 are Yew Trees. It is recommended that the trees T1-T6 be "Pollarded", seeking to take the top third off the trees to maintain them, improve better crown growth and reduce the risk of danger/damage and that the Scots Pine (T4) to be taken down altogether, thereby making room for the remaining trees. One of the Oak trees T5 may also need removal. We worry the trees (particularly T1, T2 & T3 are growing on one side putting pressure on the base. Growing room is restricted by 5 trees on the roadside (marked by a T on the illustration), which are the Councils' responsibility. With the number of trees in the property, our plan wasn't to replace any are removed.Yew Trees T7 & T8, to have some outline pruning of the extremities because (particularly with T8), growth is getting very close to the house.
