- Tree Preservation Order EL 93/05 - We are applying first for general maintenance for 10% crown reduction for the TPT oak on the front of our property at 15 Bowes Road, and for the usual maintenance of removal of limbs to 12m above ground level. We are also requesting to cut back the branches on the road side of the tree to be cut in proportion to the house side of the tree (see photos). In particular this is necessary as the lower main tree limb is now very long and in danger of falling on parked and moving cars. The main limb above it has also grown out of the main electricity and cable lines and in danger of pulling these out when swaying in windy conditions (see photos). Finally, we request the right to remove two limbs which have grown over our next door neighbour's house (as indicated in photos). We propose to use the same professional tree surgeons as we have used for the prior approved maintenance on this tree.
