The application relates to work needed to 3 trees under a general TPO. The follow plan identifies the trees T1, T2, T3T1 Willow - Fell to level where there is no further rot to allow to grow backThis is beautiful weeping willow which was made up of two main trunks. During September this year, one of these trunks fell and crushed our green house. A tree surgeon removed the fallen tree and during their assessment confirmed that this had been caused by rot in the main trunk of the tree. Their assessment is that there are 2 remaining risks 1) its likely the rot will exist in the remaining trunk and 2) significant imbalance increasing the risk of the fall.
