1. Removal of overgrown Leyland Cypress from within an overgrown mixed species hedge in the back garden which will die if trimmed to the manageable size proposed for the broadleafed shrubs to remain. Gaps to be replanted with broadleaf species.2. Removal of dying Cypress stump with regrown branches now strangulated by ivy and growing within canopy of (3) situated on front boundary of property alongside Church Street.3.
