Fell - The tree is just behind the boundary of our property which in turn backs onto an Argos store which is permanently closed. The tree is extremely large and overgrown with some branches overhanging our very small garden as well as our neighbours. It blocks out the light and our garden is constantly damp. We would like to remove the tree as it is in an area that is not used for anything at all. It serves no purpose and is on unregistered land. No one has maintained the tree at all.
