9 Springhill Park Lower Penn Wolverhampton South Staffordshir
Description:
We have been asked by the client to put an application in to capture the changes needed to be made to the elevations during the build process. Please see attached the drawings A100 which shows the changes made. The chimney needs to be removed as it is in bad condition onsite and has had to be taken out. On reflection since the planning approval, the client has spoken their neighbours and the windows on the side elevation have been reduced to avoid any overlooking. The garage roof has been amended as the approval shows a roof which will cause maintenance issues along the junction with the existing house. This new roof will work better with the existing proportions rather than look out of place. The bay window has been removed on the front elevation as the main focus is the front entrance. We have highlighted these changes on the attached drawings showing the approval and the proposed changes.
